Eligibility for Refund
We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if any of the following apply:
- The service does not function as described
- Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
- The issue is on our end and cannot be fixed
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after successful activation
- Issues caused by your device or internet connection
- Partial period refunds for remaining subscription days
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
